❧ These commissions are for personal use only. They are not to be used in AI training or in NFT minting.
❧ All pricing information provided is for the base level of work and may be subject to a complexity fee, not to exceed an additional 50% of the base price stated. The final price will be provided in your initial quote and slot confirmation before work begins.
❧ My working days for commissions are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. While you are welcome to contact me at any time regarding your commission, I cannot guarantee a response outside of this timeframe.
❧ A refund can be requested at any time and the amount refunded will reflect the percentage of work completed. If a refund is a requested the client will receive the funds and the artwork in its current state. If I must cancel the commission for any reason you will be given a full refund and the artwork in its current state, no matter how much work has been put into it to that point.
❧ For the purposes of this document, "text-only" refers to any combination of text and references that does not provide a single cohesive image of the final design.
❧ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

The options above are what are currently available for general inquiry. Friends and prior commissioners are welcome to reach out regarding other options based on my past works for which I can provide a quote and timeframe.
Friends are also welcome to enquire after art trades (of any medium!) which I will consider on a case-by-case basis!
— HOW TO ORDER —
Once you have an idea of what you would like to order, reach out to me on Discord (@verminfuneral) or via email at verminfuneral@gmail.com and include the commission type and amount you are ordering as well as the following form in your correspondence. If ordering multiple images per slot, please send a separate form for each character to be drawn!

1. Character name, short info.
Name, pronouns, fantasy race if applicable, any quick surface-level pertinent details.
2. Character's looks and personality.
If a text-only description please be as detailed as possible! Otherwise, this is a place to highlight any notable scars, markings, jewelry, anything you don't want me to miss.
For their personality, please provide a quick blurb about them, especially anything that you would want the commission to reflect.
3. General vision for commissioned work.
Got a mood in mind? A pose? Tell me what you'd like! If you have nothing in mind that's perfectly fine, and if you do have something specific feel free to send along pose references or even a stick figure!
4. Link to image reference(s) and/or any supplemental images.
If you do have art or screenshots of them available send it along here! Alternatively, if this is a text-only reference anything you may have to supplement your descirption would be greatly appreciated!
5. Anything else! Playlist? Wanna ramble? Tell me anything! I love OCs!
Once you have sent this information I will confirm your slot and provide the final price quote. If this final price is accepted and I have your confirmation I will update my queue, and when it is your turn I will send you the initial rough for your approval. Once this rough is satisfactory, I will take payment via Ko-Fi (which accepts PayPal) and work to finish your commission as the order type dictates.
When your commission is complete I will send it for final approval. Once approved I will send the full resolution image. These are typically on a flat color background, but I will gladly provide a transparent image if requested (uncolored sketches will be filled in with a light grey tone).
My queue can always be viewed here and you are always welcome to request updates on your piece at any time.
